Our Story

Active Orthopedic Solutions (AOS) was founded in 2005 to address the needs of patients who were left without services as a result of the closure of St. Mary’s of the Lake Hospital’s Orthotics and Prosthetics Department.

Practice opened

We opened our door in the Medical Arts Building in February 2005.

 

We Move

In February 2010 we expanded to a 3800sq/ft clinic and fabrication facility.

Second Practice

We opened a second location within the Providence Care Hospital in 2017.

Small Business Award

In 2018, we were awarded the Kingston Chamber of Commerce Small Business Award.
